Coaching Policies

The Coil Coach aims to provide quality natural hair coaching to all clients in a timely and efficient manner. No-shows, late calls, cancellations, and reschedules inconvenience not only me but my other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding purchases, refunds, cancellations, missed, and rescheduled appointments.

By purchasing services and/or products from The Coil Coach, LLC (“Seller"), you (“Buyer”) agree that:

  • You may not resell my services, packages, or products or claim them as your own.

  • You may not share my services, packages, or products provided in your purchase with anyone else.

  • The information provided and shared in client coaching sessions is kept mutually and strictly confidential between both parties.

  • You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Policies and Terms of Service.

By enrolling in our Coaching Program, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood the refund and rescheduling policy. We encourage open communication and appreciate your commitment to this transformative journey.

This policy is designed to protect both parties' interests while fostering a collaborative and supportive coaching relationship. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us for clarification.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance with written notice. You may reschedule a coaching session up to two times. After rescheduling twice, the missed session will count towards your overall coaching package. Reschedule via e-mail by contacting hello@thecoilcoach.com.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be forfeited.

  • If a client is more than ten minutes late to a coaching session, the session will be canceled and the client will forfeit the session fee. Late arrivals will not be replaced or made up.

Missed Sessions

  • If a client misses a session during their coaching program, the session is forfeited, and no refunds will be given at any time.

Extended Absence

  • If a participant requires an extended absence during the program, reasonable accommodations may be discussed on a case-by-case basis. However, the overall program duration will not be extended beyond the original time frame of the program.

Payments

  • All hair coaching packages and sessions must be paid in full prior to working with The Coil Coach unless a deposit and payment plan have been agreed upon.

  • For payment plans, the first initial payment is required to secure your spot, and subsequent payments must be made as agreed upon in the payment plan.

  • Once payment has been received, I will contact you to schedule your first session and provide Zoom meeting details for the first call and all subsequent calls. All sessions will take place via video conferencing.

Refund Policies

Coaching Services Refund Policy

  • All contracts with The Coil Coach, LLC are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching or consultation services for any reason. My commitment to you is 100%, and it is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.

Digital Product Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review all product information carefully before making a purchase.

Alternative Arrangements

  • In the rare event that I am unable to be available for a scheduled session, I will make every attempt to provide alternative arrangements. This may include rescheduling the session to a mutually convenient time or providing a substitute coach if appropriate. Your understanding and flexibility in these rare instances are greatly appreciated.

Client Responsibilities and Preparation

  • Clients are expected to complete any pre-session work or questionnaires provided. This ensures that sessions are productive and clients are fully engaged in the process.

Program Adjustments

  • The Coil Coach is committed to your success. If necessary, adjustments to your coaching program can be made based on progress and feedback. However, the overall program duration will not be extended beyond the original time frame unless specifically agreed upon in advance.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided during coaching sessions, including worksheets, guides, and other resources, are the intellectual property of The Coil Coach. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.

Feedback

  • Your feedback is valuable to us. We encourage you to share your experiences and suggestions to help us improve our services. Testimonials may be used for marketing purposes with your consent.
